Current bug: Blinky passive - slows down while juggs, razor

I use a heroic pet as my base pet. The only time I chose to use breeze was when players went crazy with it in PvP and it was impossible to play without abusing as well. As for SetPS, it was a 3 tank vs. 2 tank match. I've won far more against him than lost, so it's no big deal for me.
