Hello, am i the only one that needs to pay upkeep after jarl bar being filled?

the server needs update i think to remove upkeep
We need to bounce the servers to remove upkeep, this will happen around 1:30 pm CST today (in about 5 hours).
It hasn't passed a week and my house is blocked, I hope it is an error. Why can't I enter?
There are lots of houses which have been blocked eventhough a week hasn't passed. System says that they have to pay. Do they REALLY have to pay or just they have to wait till bounce? They paid upkeep during event and now they are blocked, they can' enter their own houses.Quote:

I believe what happened is you deployed your house, then packed it up again.
There is no difference between Jarl's Tavern and a regular Tavern, we just named it that so we could track the loot drops. When you packed it back up it just reverted to a normal tavern.
