Join the guild then he transfer the master position, now the guild is yours.

But I believe it is hard to trace even it is illegal activity. People can be easily promoted to be master anytime and transfer the gold isn't hard as you thought.

Sweetheart, I didn't say its not possible, I said it is not allowed since you can't do it through the game trading mechanic
