I can't get platinum

Guys when i go to earn platinum on both of the sites. It says no offers available. It has been like that for 4 months. I can't get platinum. Can i get some help? I live in Serbia. Maybe that's the problem. Spacetime can you please fix this? :(

Sts cant do anything for free offers.

Ja sam isto iz Srbije, I trenutno nema nikakvih ponuda za besplatni platinum za nasu zemlju. Nadam se da sam ti pomogao. Igrao sam AL odavno, sada igram PL. Ako ti treba neka pomoc, slobodno pitaj.
