If you forgot email and pass and only know the ign you're pretty much screwed because you essentially have no proof that you owned the account..:/

This doesn't belong in the general discussion. Sorry about your issue. You likely have been ignored by support because you sent in multiple requests. From here on out, you will likely have to just be patient.
