Anywhere between a few hours and a week. It's Friday, so you won't be getting a reply until Tuesday at the earliest (Monday is a holiday in the U.S.). I believe the support team works 9a-5p CST Monday-Friday. Response time varies due to how congested their workload is.

Well I got my war and mage back,but they retrieved wrong rogue :)
They retrieved the one I made after I deleted all my three toons(war,mage,rogue) and I wanted them to retrieve one that was first deleted not the one I made later just to say hi to my friends,but I hope they will sort it out,I sent new email :)
