Lucky your not in PL. Its been over half a year. I think. Devs are pretty busy with Humania and fixing up DL. Sorry to say, SL cap is farther out.
I was told sl cap was after dl releases

Pretty sure Humania will come before the SL cap update.
Humania will be within the month, early next month I reckon. SL new update cap will be later on in the year.
