I understand that there is guide in regards to w3i offers. But I have done everything that I could to contact them and I have not received any responses.
I have deposited 55 dollars into jackpot city on the 13 Jun to gain 2800 platinums, as a result, I have received nothing. Email W3i team 3 times and there were no response.
Then I have decided to contact spacetime support. One your staff Alex just asked me to contact w3i, this is not good enough, like you guys don't care at all.
Disappointed.

Sts hasn't much to do with W3I who control the free platinum offers they just support it.
We can't really help you and the Devs can't reall fix that.
Sending an email to W3I customer support was the best you can do.
In most cases you will get refunded for all apps/service offers you completed successfully and which are not older then 7 days. This in a period of 1-2 Days. (I can not guarantee this though).

Have some patience with the reply - remind it was weekend and the support guys are only humans like you and me.

If this never get resolved, w3i paid offer would be a scame and spacetime allow its advertisements to be published on their games. This is not right.

What really annoys me about w3i is the automatic e-mail reply saying that a representative will reply within 3 business days.
I sent an e-mail 10 days ago (sent another yesterday) and still haven't gotten any form of reply.
