Fastest way to l61?

Ugh regret lvling my 61 to 66, now I made new acc. Would appreciate some tips regarding the quickest way to lvl to 61?

at what lvl can i access that?

If you have peri, latko, or dev dragon and 5 plat you can access at any level. The 5 plat is for the access all elixir

Yeap warlords prison is the best place, just be cautious not to take any of the pink XP orbs when your at level 52 or you might over level 2 levels

Getting to 61 should be take around 12 mins or a little more in prison
