You can loot the X-Ray Vanity on any Numa Prime level.
there is no "exact" map for any vanity items to drop. nor is there a specific mob.
any mob on any map has a chance of dropping it :), a small,,,very very very small chance that is
your best bet would be to farm outter limits like crazy, lots of easy kill mobs.
