If you do not have a Twitter account you will need to create one.
Visit www.Twitter.com and look for "New to Twitter? Sign up" to create an account.
First, you'll want to follow us on Twitter.

At the designated time a question will be tweeted. Once we tweet the question you will have 1 hour to reply to the tweet and post your answer. Once the Twitter contest has ended the winners will be posted and sent a direct message.
