Recovering Liquidated Item/Items

My friend recently liquidated his Heraldic Armor like a day ago. Would been awesome if Sts can recover it since he had it for years in his Stash and now like worth millions. Some guy said Sts does recover but Im just suggesting here if Sts really does recover hope he gets it back. :)

Tell him to write support, state the game he plays, and his in game name. Good luck!!

Yeah support does it.... At least 2 years ago when I accidentally deleted mine....
