35-40 for sure. And 56-61 are good too 20-27 seems ok (i dont play that range) and unfortunately at the moment 66-76 isnt very active even though that would be good

if you're ever bored, come to 10 - 13 (specifically)
usually if you're lucky and can get on when a few others are on, it will slowly make the number of twinks increase and people will start to see them in town more often and it'll make people ask, is low lvl pvp goot or noot?
it's pretty fun and most players there can help you out.
