Nope, there's no form of guild ranking on the forums :)
In-game only via leaderboards.

Currently theres no way to "rank" a guild. Theres the leaderboards, but thats just in terms of how many end game level players are in the guild.
maybe guild rankings might be implemented when theres guild wars etc,

You can find it by going to the last menu option (the one on the far right) then going to leadboards. Then you have to scroll through them until you find largest guild.
