The combo i use does about damage of 60-70%hp...so after this your ooponent will have around 50-30%health left...
My combo is:-
Precission(inceeases crit)
Blur(increases dodg
Amplify pain(increases damage)
Psycic Lash(rooting and damage)
Flames of insanity(damage)
Mind Wreck(damage)
Lurch(push and little damage)
Use all this skills one after another...and then Run away from enemy..and hide
Thats my combo...
