how do i get a 3pc?

I have the 76 shield, the 77 pet, and the 80 wings equipped but i have no idea how to get the 3pc ring for that?

I don't think the wings count towards the ring

Might be because the wings are stashable. More likely tho is being that Cinco did all this on his own that it was simply too much for one guy to cover all bases when he was doing it all on his own time. That would explain why there are no sets, no 3 piece, why Vinny accidentally gave infinite 3x dailies, why we got one random holiday event, why shadow minion costumes were accidentally removed, & a host of other oddities.

Or maybe he's just loco. Either way I thank him.

I'm pretty sure Cinco mentioned that the vanity you get at L80 did not count as an elite cap vanity.
