When does the St. Patrick's Day event start?

Just as the title says, when does the St. Patrick's Day event start? Anyone know? I'm excited to see new vanities! :)

This week maybe. And it's nothing special really. From what I remember, only little luck/big luck. Nothing else.

Oh... I was hoping they might add more stuff like they did for the Valentine's Day event.
