Urgent read this

I have he iPhone 4s running iOS 8.3, I try playing PL and DL, all it does is load up to about 60% and then says "you have been disconnected from the server" like wth?. I've delete the game twice and re-installed. Still the same issue. I've restarted my phone multiple times, still nothing any help?
