There are different sellers in the different towns. I would check Fort Balefort for the highest, and if they are not there, it might be a bug that they were supposed to be added to later towns, but those towns don't exist yet.
Ozz is still in FH but he only has low level stuff now. I'd imagine you will have to wait untill the oasis town is added to purchase the higher level stuff.
Yeah, I purchased some Ursan Warlord Armor from one of them and now he's gone and it doesn't look Panda anymore. I can only get back about 25% of what I spent on it. I was look for him, maybe some other high level armor looks Panda instead, but he was a fly-by-night. The old bait-and-switch. Oh well, live and learn.
Seriously, I am not sure if they deleted them or if we'll have to wait until the Oasis Towne is built, but they are definitely gone.

Sure, you do it the same way. Come to think of it, it would probably be nice to scale an iPad screen capture to 50%. I usually do, but I rushed this time.
