Help! Paid Offer Did Not Go Through

I took the Hulu Plus offer through Trialplay and the reward (336 plat) is still not showing in game two days after I paid for the subscription fee.

Can anyone tell me what went wrong?

Could be firewall settings?? Maybe u have already had hulu previously through your ip or device? Or incorrect information?
