Platinum offers...

Guys, I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right SIG, but this seemed most logical. Mods, feel free to move this if you find it necessary. Ok, I saw the add for outrageously wonderful plat offers, and saw that GoDaddy was offering 942 plat if you spent $7 to buy a domain name. I've used these offers many times before without problem. So I but the domain, get my receipt, and validate/verify my account and all is well. So where are these 942 plat? Uhh, nowhere? Not in my account, that's for sure. Any suggestions as to how to proceed?
