what are the halloween vanities?

I got so far:

pumpkin head (from quest)
fiendish horns (from pack)
devil fork (from pack)
RIP helmet (from pack)


am I missing anything else?

You can get the R.I.P. from the item pack?

Yup, Star, but it's not the Apple, it's the thing that looks like a tombstone and the scary faces float out of it.

One more, Blur--witch's hat also from the item pack.

I thought it was a pirate helm and I was all like "arrrrrr".

Witches Hat is the only other one i can think of.
