<Enigmatic> Jewel Raffle #1

Enigmatic will now be holding a weekly jewel raffle. Each week, we will allow members of <Enigmatic> to purchase "tickets" for a raffle to win jewels for your class.

This week's raffle prize will be a Noble jewel for the primary stat of your class. If you are a rogue that will be a Noble Finesse, mage gets Noble Mind and warrior gets Noble Fury.

To enter the Raffle, you must be in the <Enigmatic> guild. Tickets will cost 5k gold each, and there will be a maximum of 10 tickets allowed per account. You must give the gold to an officer of the guild and tell them it is for the raffle. You must remain in the guild until after the drawing to be eligible to win. If your name is drawn and you have left the guild beforehand, you forfeit your prize to the next person in the list.

All of the ticket profits will go toward our guild bank for prize money in our future events.

This week's drawing will take place on Sunday, January 22, 2017 at 12:00 PM PST

How the winner was drawn:
A random number between 1-25 was was generated using random.org
That number indicated the number of times a list of the names would be randomized.
A list of all entrants, 1 list item per entry, was put into the list randomizer on random.org
The list was then randomized the number of times the original randomly generated number was. In this case, 19 times.
The person on the top of the list on that final randomized list is the winner.
