What is the difference between treasure talisman, jack hallows and lepre?

Why is there a huge price difference? All gives same amount of reroll just level difference i think.

Treasure talisman allows higher level jewels.

Jack Hellows was an event item years ago. I personally use a Jack Hellows blood pendant (+3 STR). It's a rare item and has pumpkins as aura instead of clover leafs.

Jack Hellows and Leprechaun Pendant same with exception of aura.

► Lepre - Level 1 & clove Effect (Max Jewel Tier - Weak)
► Jack - Level 1 & Pumpkin effect (Max Jewel Tier - Weak)
► Treasure - Level 15 & Shiny pumpkin effect[More visibility of effect compared to other 2] (Max Jewel Tier - Fortified)

Higher level gems can be socketed in the latter
