Rogue self heal upgrade, worth it at 21?

Hey guys looking for some pro 21 twink opinions on wether the self heal upgrade is worth getting.

Is the hp it restores sizable?

Waste of a point don't won it.

Its good in 5v5 or warrior situations, imo i wouldnt get it

I've been told it is 20% of ur health
that is a large sm

Have no idea what these guys are saying... but i'll just say this, i've twinked at 21 before and was unbeatable as a rogue, I would say self heal is compulsory from level 10+, maybe not so useful in rogue vs rogue situation in level 16+ because you will only have time to throw packs once, and that is when you initiate in a fight, but definitely get it, its so useful vs warriors and general PvP'ing for kills etc, one skill point wont hurt. As long as you have a good amount of INT/DEX you should be fine anyways.
