I would love a new gem that reduces the cool down time for skills. Even a second less would make a difference.
It could have the effect in PvE only just like the old solstice fire star gem only gives a speed boost in PvE.

If they can not get new gem, would a new shorter cooldown power, may be too? But for this needs to add more points or level maybe. Still, I find it more interesting gem.
