I'm having the same problem too.
It seems everyone is busy with expansion and lvling they didnt notice...i have the same problem aswell

My guild an I discussed the problem and think we have the answer. Once you reach level 62 you lose the ability to get the quests. I'm guessing this is such a wide spread problem we will see a fix soon.
We'll put in a fix for this today.
