I think you should email support to get that fixed, rather then post in the forum alone.

Just pointing in the general right direction, didn't feel like looking it up.
I had to contact trialpay through the help area in the offers section. Then sent them a copy of my conformation email for my offer. Sts support was unable to fix the problem, but they did point me in the right direction. Thanks to Trialpay and STS for all there help.
