Can you fix the stun rate to 75% for singe like it says so. It's like the same 40% stun of previous singe which is annoying.
If you've stunned your opponent with Fireball, for example, you'd have to wait the 7.5 seconds of stun immunity before Singe's stun can actually work. So let's say you Fireballed someone, stunned, 1 second later activated Singe's AA. It will have 0% chance of stunning opponent due to stun immunity.
I tested it with someone and we stood, there letting singe attack, I tried 10 Times and out of the 10 only 4 of them stunned :/

Singe stun is crap. Even on stunless builds it NEVER stuns!

Works awesomely for me, almost always getting a stun at my bracket. A friend who uses singe at the same level totally agrees with me, he has been seeing good results by far also.
