Basic XP guide for the Shipyard

This guide will show you how to earn the FASTEST XP POSSIBLE for the Shipyard Campaign.
The level is Shipyard Waste Treatment Plant.
First of all the reccomended group is
-At least 1 engi
-The rest don't matter (lol?)

Heres the basic procedure, clear all rooms as fast as you can DON'T STOP MOVING!
Once you get to the engi door, split into two groups one group to clear the door room and one group to kill the protestors who are still teleporying to the area. Both groups should recieve all of the xp.
Group 1- Red
Group 2-Orange

Now keep running until there are about 20 enemies left, make sure one player doesn't go into the chest area but runs ahead into the final room to trigger the spawn.

You should be able to clear the level in 2-3 minutes and recieve roughly 200 xp!

If there's not 12 left going into the final room, you missed some :D

The layout of this level also makes Sonic Boom viable.

100% with 12 :)

Definitely 12. My other counting point is the passage that ends with a small room with a chest, which should leave you with 23 once clear. The rest of the spawns are hard to miss.

Thanks! I ran the map again and realised it was 12, I'm just used to running in at 16 :)!

I hate to rain on your parade, but since you go a little overboard and claim fastest with capital letters without real merit, it is worth pointing out that the SY2 can be run more faster and with a better xp/time ratio. There are no big tricks involved there either. No boxes and the com room can be skipped. Just run past it to start the first green house spawning asap. Then a big pile up of enemies by the door. The rest is just quick quick quick. This can be done under two mins. The margin is smallish but it's there. The only real difference is the longer hallways and the spawn point near the lone box in the dead end mid map SY1 and better concentrations of enemies in SY2 allowing good AoE pops.

The margin is bigger when soloing because one can't split up without pumping death count. :)

Yeah I'd have to agree that the second map is actually faster for xp. The spawn times during the first map waste so much time waiting for each cultist to appear an I found myself standing around waiting after I'd 1 or 2 hit each enemy. There are multiple spots like this in that level, with the spawn rate being slow and only 1 at a time.

Find that, when engaging with these types of enemy. I run ahead which helps speed up the spawning time as when the group re-join the enemies are there to be wiped out. While doing this im still recieving xp along with the whole team.

Yeah usually the group of 5 breaks into two groups, one that rushes and another that clears up from behind, and we do 1-3 mostly. 1-2 is good too. We have a kamikaze style of getting rid of the barrels, where 1 person just dies and the engie revs.
