So no STR ranged weapons exist, perhaps because of the overpowered aspect, but something with an extremely low speed and nice damage would be much welcomed in the STR community.
On the same note, would be nice to have some AOE on a STR weapon! I don't think those flame axes count!

Throwable hammer FTW! This would be sweet, but would have to have a super slow speed.
eh i thought about this once but it kinda defeats the purpose of tanking. rather just stick with high damage dealing one hander and shield
(if it was added it'd have to be two handed, otherwise WAY overpowered)
AOE proc stuff would be cool.
i have a staff that is a ranged wepon and its str.. lol lvl 45 i think its glitched though because its supposed to be an int wepon and it fires but its str lol ;)
how about: throwing axes? javelins? shot spears? chunks of the floor(like when unarmed w/o shield you rip up parts of the map and throw it at them like tankers in l4d2)? other players(PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASE?!?! )?
might make tanks too overpowered.
Agree ith raxie and also like someone said who will tank then.. It would take the purpose of tanking anymore
i think the point of warriors is melee combat. itd be wierd if you had 5 people on a team attacking from range. thatd be like in an army and you had only archers (no footmen)
make it a sort of sub class, a new build... called berserker. can lob hammers and such.
pros: pretty decent damage ranged stuff, hard to kill if targeted
cons:
no shield
have a -hit% 'bonus'

really? armor AND range? as for aoe, my Warbird shot down the entire group of enemies after a nightmare happened, and a cruel blast combo...
Ripping up parts of the floor and throwing them sounds awesome.
