Frost Bolt problem at PvE & PvP

PvE:
I was able to freeze mobs with 100% chance before the update.

After I played the PvP, it only freeze mobs with Ridiculously LOW Chance.

The slow effect still works though.

But, I've seen other players can easily freeze mobs. (see my guess below)

PvP:
In PvP, frost bolt cannot freeze or even slow the target,

or it just have even lower chance to slow or freeze than in PvE. (I guess)

I've never succeeded to slow or freeze my target.

Is that how it supposed to function ?

I thought it would slow your target for a short period at least.

When I enter the PvP area, the system lower my chance to freeze.

But, the system doesn't adjust it back when I get out of PvP area.

I don't know if the chance gets lower every time I enter PvP area.

Agree. Just noticed that my frost bolt no longer freezes mobs.

My frost bolt doesn't freeze when uncharged, but spreads through a mob when charged.

it doesnt freeze on purpose as you already have the stun of the fireball attack. but what it does do is slow the enemy down.

I hadn't noticed this, but I have noticed that since the update (or since I played ctf) my timeshift no longer works correctly. Charged doesn't seem to root mobs like it once did... Same runs I've always done, but now they just walk through my charged timeshift (I know it was charged, I see the -8 spam as they walk through it from the damage it does).

Yup, also having the problem with frost, seems to actually freeze them maybe 25% of the time, at best.

Just confirming here. Frost rarely freezes in pve and I hardly ever see it snare in pvp. Timeshift also broken for me. Here's hoping it was just a mistake and not a ninja nerf.

Confirming that charged/uncharged frost bolt almost never freezes pve mobs, since the PVP update to game. I've tested many times. Also, it seems it does not snare in pvp, and even if it does a rogue's and warriors jump/slide negates it.

Frost and Time are nothing working. As the description in the skill list. It should freeze single target on normal and multiple target on charged. Time should snare on normal and root on charged. Theres are problem on these 2. And with the latest update. It is still not fixed.

Dont talk about respec. I wouldnt want to respec and with another new update to messed up again.

Devs said in other thread this will be fixed in the next update.
