How to unlock new pet i mean not the plat one the other which are locked
Pet eggs can be looted from various maps, chests, and allies. There are usually descriptions of where you can find them at the bottom of the stable interface.
Once you open the egg the pet will be unlocked. :)

And some of them as said in description can be looted from a lock crate or can be purchaseable through story tokens and hauntlet coins.
