When i started, i relied on free respec weekends to figure out what each skill and stat does for each class and test out builds. Quickly and easily doing 20+ respecs for each class and that was just at level 10. Things just seemed a lot more noob-friendly back then.
Elite runner chests drop Respec scrolls. Silver seems to drop them quite often.
As said above.. people don't need respec scroll events.. just open lovely "elite golden runners" its a decent deal..
Or open gold arlorian eggs. They drop good stuff.
I got so many free respec scroll from the elite golden chest I don't we need a free respec weekend unless there is a skill change...
