Dagger-wielding bears with their buffs can pull off some heavy damage and dps.
What level?
If you are going to be a bow bear with an all dexterity set, I would recommend use the minimum dexterity needed for you gear and the rest strength, while your damage won't be as high, the boost in health definitely makes it worth it. The primary use for bears using dexterity stat points is to raise hit%, which if you have an all dexterity gear build will not really be needed
