Glacian passive doesn't work in PVP

So I bought glacian recently and decided to make him my base pet for PVP since apparently his passive ability is by far one of the best I have seen in history of AL.

This badboy not only does "ROOT" but also has "CHANCE TO FREEZE, REDUCE CRIT BY 5%, REDUCE HIT BY 10%, REDUCE ARMOR BY 10%" with maximum of 3 targets at level 40.

I tested him out in PvP to see if he really was indeed worth it and poof only 3 targets, -armor, -hit and - crit debuff worked. The root and freeze doesn't. Now I know this passive ability is intended to work in PvP because if not, it would have said something about it just like how it is with Samael's Arcane Ability which includes "Banish" and Grimm's Arcane ability which also includes Instakill just like so.

Devs, I ask you to please look into this. Glacian is one of the oldest pets in game and I'm sure I'm not the only one who would want to use him in PvP if his Passive Ability does work properly as intended.

A test I did in PvP with help of my guildie. After numerous attacks, it is evident that everything works except for root/freeze which was included in the pet's passive ability. This Glacian is lv43.

I cant help but wonder why a legend pet's freeze works in pvp and an "Arcane" pet doesn't.

Maybe legends are the new arcanes and arcanes are the new legends.

The pet, Glacian, came out before Breeze. That's why. It's been like this since it was released.

btw:
samael's 10% chance to stun(panic) by attack works not correct too, it seems like a 1% chance (or less) and that panic is like ministun (for 0,5 sec maybe), checked in pve/duel, sam's lvl - 66

maridos,maria with their "multiplie targets" can hit only 3 enemies and no more (in any situation)

nekro AA has chance to slow enemy in pvp, even if enemy had shielded by his own nekro

another annoying thing - maridos,maria,knk attacks can be heard from any place of map , even if u at start of map and pet's owner in the end (volume doesnt change with distance)

grimm,samael attacks (maybe other pets with melee attacks, didnt check all) can't be dodged in pvp, why?
