/r Function is not working

It seems that if there is /r within the chat, even if you do something like: "/g Is /r working for you, guys?" it does not show the line in chat on your screen, despite showing it on the recipient's end.

EDIT: It seems to be working now, but there was a period of roughly 15 minutes after the update for a duration of 5 minutes, where it was not working. It may be something to look into.

EDIT AGAIN: It seems to be broken again. Perhaps it's occurring after spectating on someone?

15 minutes ago I tried pm somebody (not using /r), she recieved my messages but i didnt see them in my own chat
Atm i got lags and disconnected, can't login, and I see some people with same problem

I think this has been addressed.
