Ok, I know I sound like a noob, but what the hell is kiting?
It's like running away from the enemy and attacking them at the same time, like a class that can attack from a distance 'kiting' something that has to be up close to hurt you. Get what I mean?

Kiting is one of the easiest advanced skills to learn lol XD! I think nuking is the hardest :p... Or maybe playing defensive...
You're kidding right? Nuking just requires you to mash your skills faster than the other guy. Kiting takes really skill to judge distance correctly.Quote:

Kiting used to be one of the most challenging PvP skills to master. There were only very few people who could nail a 13m xbow kite.
Then, for doubious resons, the humania update screwed it up by adding/subtracting range when you chase/run. The devs never mentioned it in the patch notes and ignored every single post/thread pointing it out. It doesnt seem like they understand or would bother to change anything about it which is a shame...
The idea of kiting by staying out of the opponents range whilst attacking remains, but the true art of kiting is dead.
100% correct. Now, if you chase, it's +2m. So... You can't kite at 13m when a guy can do a 14m skill :/...Quote:
