Hmm... not a problem for me...
What device are you on (and if android , what version).
I would try re downloading the app, and maybe even rebooting your phone. If that does not work, please email support(at)spacetimestudios(dot)com and replace the (at) and (dot) with @ and .

Oh I see, seems you aren't the only one with the problem. Have you revolted your device? What was the most recent thing you downloaded?

This happened to me for several months. I finally deleted and reinstalled...then when I logged on it talked about "if you close app during patching and game no longer opens correctly, delete and reinstall. All data is store online." paraphrasing but ya...
