With all due respect, I think you are failing to see the bug. The proc on the sword means 100% crit chance, meaning your WM hits are crits instead, not +100% damage on crit. Nothing indicates...

The longer you hold onto it, the lower its value drops :) If it's perfect stats put it up for several millions.

Common? I've never, EVER seen more than 600 windmill crit and im lvl 21 with 21 watch sword. And that's on a squishy with no armor and all buffs on.

Guys windmill is not intended to crit for thousands of damage points. If it's upward then it's not working as intended and something's wrong in the Matrix.
