Actually, i have 50 % speed bonus in awakenings. I rolled 2x10% in my artifact alone, that allows me to run without speed set.

Wrong! This would only devalue the now rare items. It is the rarity that gives items value. Therefore the now betteritems would be common in this scenario. You can't get rich with items everyone has.

The speed set should come with a noticeable tradeoff imho, so the current level is fine. Bringing it on par with current stats only would devalue the other sets, at least for pve.

This would be a fantastic help for botters. There is a reason drops position randomly, pets don't pick up chests but all rubbish...

Some Thoughts: If the speed set is already OP in pvp (can't judge, i am the pve type), it should not be upgraded. As a pve player, the tradeoff is still worth it this cap, an upgrade would only...
