Charged fatal burst, Vermin swarm and dark binding (charged and uncharged) don't affect him at all (db snares him for a split sec), don't have aura but they say it doesn't work.

Vermin swarm charged and uncharged does no dmg whatsoever, the hp bar doesn't move one bit, not even fill and refill (although he doesn't regen w/o health obsidian) and...

for me it happens on chrome, happened to me twice today, i don't think a ss would help, the game just freezes, like when u take a pic, and u have a pic.. that ain't moving anymore :).

maybe consider it a loss if someone other than the dced player join, might also be after asking the random player who joined to leave and giving him say 1-2 mins to do so, if he doesn't leave by then...
