Do you know if STS said anything about the banner being tradable?

On the LB it says only top 25 get the banner, but on forums it says the top 50 gets the banner.. Just want to clarify which is it?

i would like to know that since there will be the new pet system does this mean sts will not fix sam's passive?

i want level 10 fixed, damage has had a huge increase for some reason. rogues now crit tanks 500+ which has never happened no matter how many para or eye, and mages are now op, the damage increase...

i saw no problems with pvp before, just sts shouldve never of taken rogue armor away. and im a warrior saying that rogues were not overpowered, tanks could kill rogues and the other way around and...

one problem i have is that now level10 feels like 23 or higher, rogues starting to crit 500+ on tanks now. i like a little more dmg at 10 so clashes wont last hours, but i think there should be less...

i think classes are very balanced for twinks, at level 10 when you removed the nerfs i killed geared rogues and mages and they also killed me, i think only at endgame rogues oneshot everything twinks...

exc finesse compared to level 10 where we have standard jewels only 30k, and btw with my set im beating players with multi para in vs, lol at endgame its different when you get one shot by anything

you have a level 10 rogue with 1.9k hp? haha no! and if your complaining about your tank dying alot it may be because you focusing more on dmg than armor
