I also disagree on the whole heal over time being cancel. let the mana reduction apply, but nerf the whole enemies heal overtime being cancel. Tanks needs some sort of heal overtime. if not, nerf...

5/5 jugg, 5/5 axe,4/5 sky leave effortless out, 4/5 heal leave out challenge,5/5 vb when there's no mana for both user/ the team switch sky to vb only when mana is needed...on passive max...

For those who are against this nerf are the one's who brought it, maybe looted, and spent over 16-23mil for if, reason why they are against it if it nerfed price will most likely drop. C'mon now...
