the farmable version of it would be like..
kill 1k mobs and get 10 tokens. replayable.
(suggestion) ppl who really want/need it will do it. finishing this quest would grant u (assuming) 10 tokens...

yes i daubt it was tradeable ever. there was only a double story token weekend means u get 20 instead of 10 tokens for 3 days.
i personally struggle to decide if its worth to spend 50token to unlock...
