Making different characters and going through tutorial again and again is useless. Tutorial must be only for new people not for old who make new characters. So it should be removed for people who...

It's just LB item ... Only top 5 that's 15 people will have it. Apart from that .. to buy and sell, one always has to go towns

Leaderboard, that we find in towns could be a good house furniture reward for top 5/10 LB people any event. But untradeable so that it's value remains intact.
