Im a level 9 , coming back after 10 years, what happened to levels 5-9?

Welp,.... I spent about 3000 plat on e-locks,

i got two lunars, and one shuyal blood ring, If i was a quitter.........now wouldve been the time, :'(

Sad thing is i paid for my plat,

It All Happened So Fast.

I was aware of the debuff in ctf, what I was mentioning was why it's only ctf, kinda weird, if only levels under 20 aren't affected in Tdm,

I'm not sure any of the level 10 or under pvp gear is even looted,

We have to get the pvp gear thru locked, or events.

Pve gear is boo boo.

For me my damage stays the same in Tdm,
And only gets lowered when I join ctf,
There both pvp playlists , so I sense something is out of proportion, some one please explain,

Idk if my brain can comprehend all these algorithms.
But one thing is for certain, I use glacian,
No damage buff in the happiness bonus,
Being a lvl 8 twink in pvp ,
My dps is 70.9 in tdm
And...

My best guess is this pet will be rewarded to the top leaderboard holders at the end of the event, like nightshade,

Hopefully this isn't true, because i want one, and I tend to sleep over 1 hour...
