if you look at all 3 of the amulets they all share the same proc, the same as the ring. just wait until the dex arcane is released which will be probably with ursoth.

Anyone buying the runes directly from the platinum store is plain stupid. Most F2P would farm the gold for the gears. Nobody is going to want to really open locked crates until they get every item...

A majority of PvPers would use gold farmed from the Mausoleum to buy their gears. Some players would even make enough to farm/buy the level 60 artifact.
