It's normal....I have RL friend farming Undead Mask in Dead End for a week....nothing. If it's rare like Undead Mask, probably only 1-2 drops a day.

Was suggesting a "20% chance" on the first pack buy and additional "20%" chance on the subsequent pack buy so maximum spending for a plat weapon will cap at 5 packs. Anybody who got it before 5 packs...

Say if STS could make it "20%" chance to get on the first attempt of purchasing, "40%" on the 2nd, "60%" on the 3rd and so forth, it would be great for the customers knowing that if they are unlucky...
