Are bosses scaled according to level these days or not? I found it impossible to complete the event at lower levels but could easily do it at end game.

There's a bug in the event map. In some maps there's only one boss and you can't kill him at all. I wasted my energy on these maps without getting any points. Please refund me my energy.

I wasted an energy because in the map only one boss had spawned and he was basically Invincible. My energy was wasted. Please give me back my energy.
